I have been in business as a consultant, a business trainer and a business coach for more than 20 years now supporting numerous domestic and foreign organizations. My coaching clientele comprises individuals as well as entire teams and companies on the national and international stage and receives support in various fields. Not only my academic career but also my long-term operational experience in project management of (global) projects is the basis for my missions.

My passion for foreign cultures and for people makes me again and again realize and emphasize the importance of the human factor in my daily work.

2016
Certification in systemic industrial-organisational psychology at the Institute for Business Psychology in Salzburg, Austria
2015
Achieved the International Executive Master in Business Administration (MBA)at the University of Salzburg Management Business School (Paris-Lodron University of Salzburg), Austria, with course modules at the Georgetown University in Washington D.C. (USA), St. Gallen (CH) and in London (GB). The studies focused on Project and Process Management.
Since 2007
Project Manager/Head of Project in major (global) projects in the finance, insurance and telecommunication industries & start of training and coaching activities worldwide.
Beginning of lecturing and examining at different educational institutes such as the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
